Hi, I’m Hannah. Welcome to NEW COACHING
I’m a solo traveller, a smiley face and an anxious mess 90% of the time :)
I’ve been in and out of the health and fitness industry for over 5 years now and I want to build a more positive space for ‘beginners’ ‘newbies’ ‘returning athletes’

I specialise in beginners, I fully understand the scary aspect of starting to exercise and having no clue where to begin so that’s where I can help. Whether you want loose weight, gain muscle or want to achieve something more specific. If you’re not a beginner but you want a fresh perspective or new energy to reinsure you I am available for 6 week/ 8 week programmes.

Always been a huge advocate for mobility and stretching as a personal trainer and fell in love with Yoga in 2019. Over the past few years I’ve built up knowledge and completed my 200hr YTT in Goa, India and can’t wait to learn more and share it with you all.
